The Requirement
Major Retailers are regularly reporting and observing that their “special needs” bays are being abused by people who do not require them. This car park abuse results in either limited or no vehicle spaces being available for customers that require them. In turn this leads to considerable Customer dissatisfaction and therefore loss of revenue / profits for the retailers.
The Solution
By utilising the technology and systems as described for the Car Park Management System, NGP is also able to monitor and prevent abuse of both Disabled / Parent Child Parking Bays.
