If you wish to appeal against a Parking Charge please state your case in writing within 14 days of issue to:
New Generation Parking Management, Suite 404, Albany House, 324-326 Regent Street, London W1B 3HH
All correspondence must include your name, address, the Parking Charge, Stamped Addressed Envelope (SAE). You must supply evidence as to why you were parking in violation of the parking terms and conditions as stated on the contractual warning signs on site. Please allow 21 days from receipt for reply. Please note fees will be frozen while the appeal is in process. The discounted rate of only applies if the charge is paid within 7 days of issue.
DATA PROTECTION / LAWFUL ISSUE
New Generation Parking Management (NGP) may disclose or request keeper information to the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA), local authorities and other organisations for the administration and enforcement of the Parking Regulations on-site. New Generation Parking Management operates in accordance with the DVLA code of practice. NGP Is registered with the Information Commissioner under the Data Protection Act (1998). By parking in contravention of the parking regulations detailed on the contractual signage on site we have been provided with ‘reasonable cause’ to request the registered keeper’s details from the DVLA. If you believe that your data has been used inappropriately you can notify the Information Commissioner and the DVLA to report your concerns.
